Four Demands by Hong Kong Federation of Students (HKFS)

<English Version>

Demand 1: Reopen Tim Mei Avenue for mass rally.
Article 27 of the HKSAR Basic Law and Human Rights Act guarantees the basic freedom of assembly for all Hong Kong people. However, the police force has been repeatedly blocking the road without appropriate reasons. The Hong Kong Federation of Students now requests the police force to reopen Tim Mei Avenue for mass rally.

Demand 2: Step down of the political reform trio.
Ever since the one week strike organized by HKFS, the only responses from the government are just offical statement and press conference. They claim to respect student's concern but never have a two-way direct communication. Therefore, we request the trio to be dismissed.

Demand 3. The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPCSC) to withdraw its decision.
The NPCSC clamped down on Hong Kong people's proposals of civic nomination, as well as unscreened Chief Executive and Legislative Council elections through universal suffrage, thus we demand withdrawal of NPCSC's decision.

Demand 4. Civic nomination is our baseline.
